Title: Nodejs DeveloperSummary: We're looking for two experienced Nodejs Engineers for 6 month contracts!
Description: Our client is a boutique consulting firm that support enterprise organisations with their digital transformation journeys. They have a seat at the C-suite table and advise on digital strategies and then execute, build and deliver. Due to their continued success, we are looking for 2 experienced full-stack Engineers to join their team on an initial 6-month contract.
Your days will be spent designing and developing a new software system for an enterprise client.
Some of your day to day responsibilities will be:
- Analyze Use cases and develop technical solutions
- Develop the solution to improve the overall product experience
- Working across NodeJS
- Contribute to new feature development
- Dive engineering best practices across the team
- Take part in peer reviews and ensure the highest quality code
- Monitor and correct defects in a timely manner
- Write clear and concise documentation and ADRs
- Extensive experiences with Node.Js, Express.Js and ES6
- Hands-on experience of RESTfull APIs and Microservices
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration systems (K8S etc)
- Experience in cloud technologies, preferable with GCP or AWS
- Experience with package management and build Yarn or NPM
- Experience with CI/CD
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
